Bin Yousef is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of all social media channels of Bin Yousef and subsidiary brands. The candidate must have social media/advertising skills, strong relationship skills, and a knack for storytelling & analytic skills to report on all social media activities. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars based on the approved strategies
  • Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and industry best practices to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, engagement activity to increase audience participation and boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, using analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, new platforms, new features, algorithms, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and relevant industry communities to expand brand reach and collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing trends and emerging platforms.
  • Passion for staying in-sync of industry advancements and continuously learning.
  • Experience with social media advertising & campaign management.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
