Graphic Designer – Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating Fold’s brand identity into visually cohesive and compelling designs across all platforms — including social media, packaging, product ideation, and in-store concepts.

This role requires strong visual storytelling skills, a refined eye for F&B aesthetics, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life through consistent, high-quality design execution.

The designer will collaborate closely with top management, as well as the creative and marketing teams, to develop and adapt creative materials for Fold’s evolving needs — from new product launches to seasonal campaigns and packaging design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Design Execution
Develop creative visuals for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and digital assets aligned with Fold’s brand identity.
Ensure consistency in color, typography, and overall visual language across all touchpoints.
Design menus, promotional materials, and print-ready packaging and in-store collateral.
Support product photography through layout planning and creative direction during shoots.

2. Packaging & Product Ideation
Conceptualize and design innovative product packaging.
Create 3D renderings, mockups, and dielines for boxes, sleeves, labels, and gift sets.
Ensure all packaging designs are both visually appealing and production-ready.

3. Concept Visualization & Renderings
Translate ideas into high-quality visual mockups for internal review and approval.
Develop visual boards and design proposals for seasonal campaigns and new initiatives.
Contribute to product styling, retail display concepts, and store visual direction.

4. Marketing & Digital Support
Design assets for website banners, email campaigns, and digital promotions.
Create reusable content templates (e.g., social media stories, reel covers, posters).
Work closely with marketing and product teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Dimension, Blender, Cinema 4D) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and digital marketing design formats.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid residence permit.
Must be willing and eligible to change sponsorship or hold a transferable family sponsorship.
Preference for Arab nationality.
Preference for female candidates.
